You have a stronger tendency to be agreeable
Sample result

Agreeableness

Agreeableness is one of the five personality traits in the five-factor model, the well-known personality framework used in psychology. Agreeableness is the tendency to show compassion, trust and be helpful or cooperative toward others. While some of the personality links to certain genetic markers were replicated by further studies, some have less substantial evidence.
You have a weaker tendency to fear pain
Sample result

Fear of Pain

Pain aversion is heritable. This may seem odd at first: intuitively, personality and environmental factors seem to be the sole shapers of our experience of pain. However, certain aspects of its physiology -- which is related to genetics -- has been well-investigated. The human experience of pain is one of the most important research topics in the medical field.
You tend to have an intermediate level of empathy
Sample result

Empathy

Empathy is the ability to perceive, identify, and respond to the emotions of others. Empathy helps individuals navigate social situations. As a healthy social life is an important facet of human well-being, having the ability to empathize is important for maintaining physical and mental health. Links between certain genetic markers and level of empathy were found in a research study that scored empathy based on a self-report survey.
You have a stronger tendency for taking risks.
Sample result

Risk-Taking

A risk-taker generally shows both courage and ability to execute, even under uncertain circumstances, without fear of failure. A research was performed based on the responses to a survey that asked a European population whether they are someone who takes risks. Those who responded "yes" were labelled as "risk-takers". Interestingly, the "risk-takers" in this group had a higher rate of holding a university degree than the non risk-takers.
You have a stronger tendency to seek out protein in your diet
Sample result

Protein Intake

Protein intake, dictated by diet choice, varies substantially between individuals. There is evidence that this variation may in part be attributed to genetic variation, and contributes to differential risk in chronic diseases such as obesity and diabetes.
You tend to have stronger performance in endurance performance sports
Sample result

Endurance Performance

There are two main types of muscle fiber: slow twitch and fast twitch muscle fibers. Slow twitch generates continuous energy steadily and is suited for endurance performance. Fast twitch provides shorts bursts of power and is geared toward power performance that requires rapid energy for a short amount of time. Everyone has both types of muscles, but its ratio differs among individuals. There is initial evidence that exercise may alter this ratio.
You tend to have greater muscular strength
Sample result

Muscular Strength

In this study, muscular strength was measured by grip strength. Muscular strength may be influenced by your dominant muscle type -- slow twitch (endurance) or fast twitch (power) -- and also your exercise habits. Grip strength was found to have positive correlation with cardiometabolic and cognitive health in this study.
You tend to have a greater increase in heart rate during exercise
Sample result

Heart Rate Increase During Exercise

This trait indicates the extent to which your heart rate increases during exercise. In one study, researchers found a large number of candidate causal genes in heart rate increase during exercise, and heart rate recovery after exercise, to also be involved in neuron biology. This provides new evidence that the autonomic nervous system plays a major role in the regulation of heart rate.
You have a tendency for intermediate BMI
Sample result

BMI

Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to adult men and women. It is calculated as weight in kilograms divided by the square of height in meters. A score of over 25 is considered overweight, and obese if over 30. A score below 18.5 is considered underweight.
You have a stronger tendency for a longer lifespan
Sample result

Longevity

This trait examines the common genetic markers found for elderly humans of over 80 years old.
You have a weaker tendency for harm avoidance
Sample result

Harm Avoidance

Harm avoidance is the tendency to gear actions toward things that yield a low likelihood of potential physical or emotional harm. Individuals with high harm avoidance behavior tend to be more fearful, doubtful, and shy. A study found that harm avoidance personality is associated with the development of anxiety and depression.
